Not at all. You will burn fat in general, it might be primarily from your abdominal area, but it's impossible to tell beforehand. Classic example, look at tennis players. Are their arms not equally defined even though they use one of them a whole lot more? To get visible abs, you need a combination of two things: 1) big enough abdominal muscles and 2) low body fat.

There is no such thing as burning belly fat. There is burning fat. Period. You can't chose from what part of your body the fat will disappear, it's a gene thing. Some people will burn/add fat to their belly first/last. Others will store fat on their arms, legs, wherever. You can't target the belly specifically. This is total bullshit.

OK, to all you guys bashing his system what he is trying to say is simple biology. - You jump on a treadmill, work out for an hour, you burn fat for that hour. Once your done it's over. You build a pound of muscle, that pound will be burning calories 24 hours a day just to sustain itself. The proof is simple, I have a friend who is massive (muscled, not fat). When his hours at work get cut his food source goes down, he recently lost 20 lbs because he couldn't eat enough calories to keep up.

don't make things complicated man, keep it simple,you feed your body with protein and minerals and vitamins and abundant liquids(water,no sodas)and do cardio(at your age it won't do lifting weight,your body is still growing up)runnnig,swimming,play basketball etc

Abs is a pretty touchy subject. It all depends what you do, what abs you want. If you are do martial arts, neglecting cardio would be stupid. It's one of the most important things and thats what you work on along with techniques. You can still have a good, decent solid six pack by doing cardio. this sounds so typical, but think about people like Bruce lee. His abs look far better than this guys, and Bruce used them to be practical, not for looks. He eat fruit and done loads of cardio.

i knw. coke make us sooo fat, i luv coke and i use to drink it evryday and i was fat a nd i use to eat cheese pizza soooo much...and then i became fatty, later i stop eating both of them i lost alot of weight and now iam slim!!!yeah!!!if u run 3or 4 miles per day, u can eat wht evr u want.@!!!and hmmmm oil also makes us fat, in dishes we cook palak and stuff so we put oil and it makes us fat.. we must not put soo much oil.............c ya
