2 The eating: I think people dont need diet beacuse the diet sometimes makes you weak. sometimes you should look what you eat. every day eat fit foods like fruits,vegetables and anything. i know much good foods. like bean,sushi,sups and anything. this is fit and not yet diet. (and dont eat much not fit food. hold the balance) Before you start the trainings remember the warm up and stretches.

Hm...not bad. You people have good ideas. i learned much things from professional people. but in my opinion this is the best plan: 1. Do cardio training every day like running,cycling,swimming (20-30 mins) Do ab excersises like crunch,sit up, cycling crunch,kick out, knife crunch and more ab excersises. and if you want burn up calories use the jumping rope too.

For those wanting him to show examples of what he is saying simply subscribe to his channel or to his website. He gives examples in every video. There's a lot of conjecture among the comments of how to exactly lose body fat. #1 is diet, small portions 4-5 times a day, which are lean in fat, and lean in carbs, ending the day in a fiber + protein meal. #2 do resistance training as he described in the vid #3 high intensity interval training as he says all the time Do #2 & #3 4 times a week

Wrong. Lol. You will NOT burn fat with a very slow jog or walk. It needs to be INTENSE. 30 minute cardio 4x a week is good enough. If you wanna burn more fat, run right after you wake up, since your body has no glucose and hasent eaten in hours, your body will turn straight to fat to burn.

i'm just messing around with you. :P but the 6 hours you run for (if non-stop) would burn about 5000 calories, which is about 1.4 lbs. not 100% of that 1.4 lbs is fat though. the body burns carbs first. so what i would do is do some weight lifting to deplete the carbs and then go run to tap the fat source.
